Your Skin Hates Coffee

Women who drink more tea, coffee, chocolate, or soda are more likely to suffer from skin impurities and fatigue. Those kind of drink contains caffeine inside which makes it harder for our body to absorb vitamin and mineral from the food we consume everyday.
