Drinking Water - an Inexpensive Investment for Your Health



Still remember that we need to drink ENOUGH water, about 8 glass a day or 2 – 2.5 liters in order to stay healthy? A smoker perhaps needs to drink a little bit more than that suggestion. This article will tell you more about that.

There are 2 organs in our body that consist of higher than 80% liquid substance, they are blood and brain. Both play paramount role to keep our body properly functioning.

In long run it causes damage on the kidney filter that symptoms with reddish urine color. Permanent damage means routine dialysis is required.

Now we look at how thickened blood punishes the brain. Brain requires the most food and oxygen which are feed by blood that passes it. Prolonged constrained and slower blood flow in the brain may cause shorter life of brain cells because the oxygen and food it needs do not reach timely.
